Who are we?
We are a small friendly archery club with a solid membership base. We are always happy to talk to potential new members or simply offer advice.
So if you were intrigued when you watched the archers at the Olympics, and you've often thought you'd like to "have a go". Or simply to stop by and have a chat (in between shooting of course) "Curious" Then please contact the Club and make a booking. It's great fun and good exercise.
We also have a very strong youth program with qualified instructors. Our members are aged from 10 years.
STATE AND NATIONAL INDOOR ARCHERY COMPETITION SATURDAY 22 AND SUNDAY 23 AUGUST 2026 AT THE KINGSWAY INDOOR SPORTING COMPLEX.
Two full days of competing in our prospective divisions. Indoor Competition 18m on 40cm and very small traffic light target faces. Quite challenging and a little competitive amongst our peers.
Our team from "Amateur Archery Centre Inc" consisted of: Ladies: Liz, Lucia, Arohi, and Jan. Men: Roark, Keith, Roy, John and Se Hoon. Congratulations to all our team, and know that our Club has a very strong presence in the greater Archery Community.
